Mindful Awareness helps us to overcome life’s issues and challenges. Our day-long program focuses on holistic awareness with activities and mindfulness-based exercises meant to increase your ability to live a conscious life. Most activities are taken directly from Janet’s cowritten book Revolutionize Your Health: How to Take Back Your Body’s Ability to Heal. You’ll practice full-body muscle testing and release limiting beliefs. Once the limiting beliefs are released, you will learn how to use your body’s inner GPS system to help you maintain your current level of mind-body-spirit health or create a plan designed to help you claim a happy, comfortable mind and body.
